At Digital Solutions, I work with organisations to streamline their tech, simplify workflows, and remove operational chaos. When we collaborate through Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or related tools), I want the process to be clear, safe, and straightforward. This page explains how guest access, data handling, and privacy work when you join my Microsoft 365 environment.

1. How Guest Access Works

• You access only the specific project team or shared files provided to you.
• You cannot see anything outside of those areas.
• Your access can be removed at any time once the project ends or upon request.
• You sign in securely using your own organisation’s Microsoft account.

This follows Microsoft’s standard B2B collaboration model.

2. What Data I Can See

• Your name, email address, and basic profile information.
• Activity inside the shared project space (e.g., comments, file edits).
• No access to anything in your organisation’s own Microsoft 365 environment.

3. What Data You Can See

• Teams channels, files, and conversations related to your project.
• Documents intentionally shared with you.
• Any project‑specific resources needed for delivery.

4. How Your Data Is Handled

• Your data stays within Microsoft 365’s secure cloud environment.
• Files are stored in SharePoint/OneDrive behind enterprise-grade security.
• No project information is shared outside the agreed scope.
• Data is kept only for as long as required to complete the project unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

All client information, processes, documents, and systems accessed during the project are treated as confidential. This obligation extends beyond project completion unless you request otherwise.

6. Your Responsibilities When Collaborating

• Use your own authenticated Microsoft account.
• Do not share access with others.
• Keep project information secure within your organisation.
• Notify me if access needs to be updated or removed.
