Freesat is the free to air tv broadcasting service originally provided by the BBC & ITV. The service is subscription free and has no monthly fees.
You can receive well over 150 channels via you freesat digital receiver including HD channels dependant on the receiver. Freesat currently comes in type of boxes:
In order to view freesat you will need a freesat box and TV in each room. This also means that each room must have a cable running from the dish on the exterior of your property.
The advantage of freesat is that it can be received in almost every location. So if you live in a known bad reception area for tv aerials freesat is now the answer to interruption free viewing.
